Prior to preparing the Nutritional Blood Test, we require:
With that in mind, arrange for your animal to visit your veterinarian to have the routine blood work done from the list above
You should request a copy for your records and then you or your veterinarian can fax over the results of the blood.
Please remember we also need the completed HCFA questionnaire.
Please telephone our office to confirm that we have received the results at (203) 227-4943. You can expect to receive the NBT results within 3 to 5 days along with the animals one page program from Dr. Bob, at which time you should again call our office to set up a veterinary telephone consultation appointment to go over the results (NBT Consult) after which you may order the custom blended nutraceutical powder and other supplements on the one page program.
